Requirements Specification Formed 7 years ago, the Satellite Applications Catapult (Catapult) have taken the Government's vision for a 'translational infrastructure'. We bridge the gap between research and business, creating a successful technology and innovation company that is a vital component of the UK space landscape. In that time, we have: -Engaged over 3,500 organisations, with over half being SMEs -Delivered over 200 externally funded projects -Worked in 22 countries -Engaged with 118 university departments at 66 universities -Invested GBP19.7m in world-class facilities -Opened five regional Centres of Excellence We are looking for a provider with demonstrable knowledge, experience and understanding of: -The eCall sector including the supply chain and markets for the application of this technology; -PSAP technologies -Working at the academic and business interface ; -Government policy related to the eCall sector; -Requirements gathering and interpretation -Development of use cases and associated modelling -Funding landscape for the sector; -Data analysis and reporting. Qualifications and requirements -Outstanding communication, interpersonal and skills -Preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text and presenting results -Actively research communities and submarkets, compile market information, and maintain extensive knowledge regional stakeholders -Excellent organisational and time management skills
