Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the Re-configuration and refurbishment of the existing physio-therapy department to create two new therapy rooms at: Whitstable and Tankerton Hospital 174-176 Northwood Road Tankerton, Whitstable Kent CT5 2HN Bidders must: Be Constructionline registered to 'Silver' level with "verified" status and provide their registration number with their bid submission. Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design (2016 Edition) A site visit has been organised for the 13 January 2022 at 11.00 - no other dates will be offered. Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be submitted via the Procontract procurement portal (Proactis) under Opportunity Number DN587576. Any correspondence to the Authority's staff email address will be disregarded. Please log-in via the following link to express your interest if already registered, or the link will also all you to register for free and then express your interest https://procontract.due-north.com/Login (https://procontract.due-north.com/Login) Please note that once you have expressed interest, the ITT documentation will be released to you on the 10 January 2022 following closure of the EOI window on the 07 January 2022.
