GB-London: CON-19-113 Cloud DevOps Partner
Notice Description
This is a modification of an existing FCA call off contract, which utilised the Cloud and Technology Resourcing and Outcomes Framework (award reference: 2019/S 111-273280). The services covers resources to support the FCA Infrastructure Product Group. The FCA has taken the decision, subject to Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 to modify the existing end date of the call off contract from the 30th September 2023 to the 31st January 2025. The original start date was the 1st October 2019. The value of the modification is PS8,333,333.33 ex VAT. The original Award value of the Contract was PS16,666,666.67 ex VAT and was increased by variation to PS19,375,000.00 during the initial term . The new end date reflects the time and the technical work required to update requirements ready for a future call off activity under the FCA Digital Services Framework Agreement (award reference: 2023/S 000-031669) . The total value of the call off following this modification will be PS27,708,333.33 ex VAT. The call off contract will now end either on the 30th June 2024 or sooner if the modification value is fully used before this date.
