Notice Description

The London Borough of Newham, a local authority, is inviting tenders from interested parties subject to the Concession Contract Regulations 2016, to award a concession contract to operate and manage Stratford Youth Zone, Theatre Square, Stratford, London, United Kingdom E15 1BX. The contract will be for a period of ten years from 1st September 2022 (with an option to extend for up to five years) at an estimated contract value of PS4,600,000 over the ten year period. The tender process is following a single stage open process and is documented within the invitation to tender documents. The Council is seeking a cultural operator, to collaborate on the programming and operational management of the Stratford Youth Zone building. An early market engagement exercise has been undertaken with an Early Market Engagement Notice published in Contracts Finder 17th August 2021.
