GB-Lowestoft: London Road Heritage Action Zone and Seafront Masterplan
Notice Description
East Suffolk Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide master planning services to RIBA Stage 2, Concept Design. It is expected that the Consultant will take on the "principal designer" role and it is intended to award a contract in February 2020 to a single provider for a period of six months. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
