Liverpool City Council require support for the following three projects:- 1. Cunard Building Low Carbon Heating Solution 2. Low Carbon Case Studies 3. Liverpool Waterfront Green Energy Strategy The below brief describes each of the projects and the anticipated services required. A degree of flexibility in the scope of service will be required as the projects evolve, particularly with the Liverpool Waterfront Green Energy Strategy.
