THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE NOT A TENDER OPPORTUNITY. To undertake full property surveys and produce Energy Performance Certificates for properties that currently do not have an EPC and to properties that have previously had energy efficiency measures undertaken but do not have a post EPC in place. Surveys are to be carried out on properties located throughout the borough of Broxtowe. It is essential to note the properties will usually be occupied. Option to extend for a further two years. Additional information: Option to extend for a further two years.
