Notice Description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking a provider to deliver a Housing First Pilot. An announcement has been made that the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has received funding to deliver a Housing First Pilot. It is envisaged that the pilot will provide 225 tenancies per year for the period 1st July 2019- 31st March 2021 with a further two years of legacy support up until 31st March 2023. The WMCA has allocated PS963,113 to Sandwell to facilitate up to 20 tenancies per year. Additional information: The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents. In Order To View the On-Line Questionnaire and Submit a Tender, you will be required to' Opt-In'.
