NHS Devon ICB are looking for interested providers of Complex Personal Care for adults, children, and young people to complete a Market Engagement Questionnaire. The responses will be used as part of an information gathering exercise by NHS Devon ICB to inform the specification for an upcoming procurement process. The purpose of the service is to support and enable Adults, Children and Young People with complex physical needs to remain in their own home, and return home following an admission in hospital, living as safely and independently as possible. The Questionnaire can be viewed and completed at: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=slTDN7CF9UeyIge0jXdO49-HWpSISdtMubfljNz0y8ZUMDBCWFlZSUIwNU9XUEhYNUpOMFA2R09XQS4u To view and download draft specifications and KPI's, interested parties are asked to register on the commissioners e-procurement portal via the following link: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/scwcsu/aspx/Home. The project is listed in the 'current tenders' section. The closing date for requests to attend is 12:00 midday on Wednesday 14th September 2022. This process is being carried out by NHS South, Central & West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the commissioners.
