Notice Description

Following receipt of notice from the current contractor, NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group is looking to appoint an interim provider to provide safe, high quality; effective GP led primary medical care for a period of up to 12 months. Opening hours and service delivery from 8:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday, (except statutory bank and public holidays). Interested Providers will be required to provide core primary care services which will include GP and clinical sessions in line with patient demand The population currently served are in the following geographic areas: * Golcar * Salendine Nook The average number of patients registered with the practice is around 4,100. Additional information: If you would to submit a tender for this service, please express your interest by registering on the NHSSourcing (Bravo) e-procurement portal website https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk, reference pqq_21233. The deadline for submitting your response is 12 April 2018. Your response must include details about your organisations capability and previous experience of delivering within this service area.
