Notice Description

The current Board Room AV suite was installed circa 2012 and specification based upon compatibility with DfT suite of tools at the time. This equipment is now at end of service life and the advances in technology, enables the MCA to consider alternative collaborative working tools, that support both internal and external partner working. The proposal is to migrate the capability to an 85" Microsoft Surface Hub, ensuring consistency with the rest of the technical estate. This opportunity was a Further Competition run under Crown Commercial Services RM6068 framework (Technology Products and Associated Services), open to all Lot 2 suppliers.
