**This is not a call for competition, this is a direct award via CCS Framework RM3828 Payment Solutions** for provision of purchasing card solutions as outlined under crown Commercial Services Framework RM3828 for UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). The contract value will be reflected by the amount of spend being put through the Card Programme on an annual basis.
