Ipswich Borough Council has secured a Development Grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund for this project. The funding is available to the Council in two phases. The second phase (the Delivery Phase) is subject to the Council submitting a further application for a heritage grant and gaining approval from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
