This expression of interest will require interested parties to: - Confirm interest - Complete and submit capability assessment attachment The Capability Assessment submitted by interested parties will be reviewed to identify appropriate Suppliers to invite to tender. Invitation to Tender (ITT) with project timelines to be issued upon successful pass of this Capability Assessment stage. The Trust will aim to issue the ITT in October 2026.
