School Transport Bus Passes

Notice Description

This notice is being used as a call for competition and the authority will only invite those economic operators who have expressed an interest to confirm their continued interest and participate in the tender process. The Children's Services Transport Team is responsible for providing a home to school transport service for Pupils and Students who live in Torbay who are aged between 4 and 19 and who are entitled to help to get to school or college. The Authority currently has a Contract for the provision of bus passes which enables them to travel on the existing transport network when using their services. This contract will expire in July 2018 and the Authority is seeking expressions of interest for the future provision of bus passes. It is expected that these will be available for use on the public transport network. Further information in relation to the requirements is included in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2.
