Notice Information
Notice Title
Direct intervention for children and families in crisis
Notice Description
The Council invites quotations for the provision of children intervention. Croydon's approximate population is 385,000 and the higher birth rate in the past decade has resulted in an increase in the number of younger children requiring services in the Borough. The population of under 18 year olds is currently 94,702. Croydon also faces challenges around deprivation and inequalities, and is in the bottom third of 'most deprived authorities' across England. Croydon's population continues to grow steadily, making it a necessity that there are robust, community-led support networks in place to ensure that Croydon's growth is sustainable and everyone in the community feels the benefit.
