The council is seeking a suitable contractor to undertake the replacement of existing windows and doors with uPVC window units and composite doors and in addition any associated works, including scaffolding; asbestos sampling and removal and external repairs. To be carried out on a planned annual basis to domestic properties, sheltered schemes and blocks of flats as identified by the client.
