Sir Henry Floyd Grammer School Aylesbury
Notice Description
A scheme has been prepared for the Client/Employer (Buckinghamshire County Council) by the Employer's Consultant (WSP Parsons Brinkerhoff) for works at Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School, Aylesbury. The works are: (i) Proposed Dining Hall Extension: Local demolition and removal of existing external wall window bays at Ground floor level, provision of a new dining room extension approximately 105 m2 GIFA, with a mono pitch roof structure complete with extensions to existing Mechanical & Electrical service installations, provision of a new external lightweight free standing canopy to provide a sheltered walkway and external dining space. Re-configuration of local external hard and soft landscaping. (ii) Alterations to existing classrooms to form new Science Classrooms, strip out existing fixtures and fittings, provision of new finishes including new perimeter benching, service pods, fire cabinets, adaptions to existing Mechanical and Electrical service installations, including new LED lighting.
