The Authority's Requirements are more fully described in Section 3 of the accompanying RFQ document. The Contract is expected to be for 2 years from 1 November 2017 to 31 October 2019. However, the Authority reserves the right to extend this by a further 12 months to 31 October 2020 (Option year). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
