***New on 25th July - Although Contracts Finder will show that the application round is closed on 26th July, we are able to accept applications until 12 noon on Friday 26 July. All applications must be received by this time.*** PLEASE NOTE: THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS FIRST PUBLISHED ON 24TH MAY 2019. Please note that this is a grant opportunity open to schools. Building on the government's first-ever integrated recruitment and retention strategy, launched in January this year, School Systems Minister Lord Agnew, announced the Teaching School Hubs 'test-and-learn' phase. This is the first part of the Department's plans to the review the current structure of system leadership. The Department would like to invite high achieving schools to apply for 1 of up to 9 competitive grants that will be awarded in up to 9 areas of the country.
