Notice Description

The Council has established an Open Framework of providers who can provide semi independent supported accommodation for young people with high support needs. The service will provide person centred and outcome focussed housing related support to young people aged 16 to 21 with high support needs, including Looked After Children, Care Leaver, and young people under the supervision of the Youth Offending Team who have an established local connection to Hampshire. The open framework and the contract length will be an initial term of four years with the option to extend for up to two further 12 month periods. The Open Framework will reopen annually on 1st of October (or the next working day thereafter).
