Wirral Information and Advice Service
Notice Description
Wirral Council, in collaboration with Wirral Clinical Commissioning Group, is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of an information and advice service to ensure local people access the right information and advice relating to their care and support needs. This service will play an important role in maximising people's independence and help preventing reliance and dependency on more intensive care and support.
