Eggplant Digital Automation & Professional Service Additional information: During the original term, there has been a non-substantial amendment to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services. The accurate Total Final Value of the contract is PS209,546.36. This value includes the cost of the non-substantial amendment to the contract undertaken during the initial term. In addition, there has been an unforeseen need to purchase additional licences. This additional variation increases the value of the contract from PS209,546.36 to PS268,184.03. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being the provision of Eggplant licences.
