Group Based Short Break Care Services for Children with a Disabiolity in Salford Aged 5 - 11 years.The purpose of this provision is to provide high quality community-based services, enabling disabled children to participate in activities that they enjoy. The contract is for an 18 month period with a possible 12 month extension. The documents can be downloaded via the e-procurement site the Chest www.the-chest.org.uk.
