1208B Quantity Surveyor (QS) Services Fee Proposal for Bede House at De Montfort University
Notice Description
De Montfort University are seeking fee proposals for QS services for the refurbishment of Bede House, this includes the refurbishment of the ground floor into teaching spaces and the first and second floors into office space. This also includes replacement of the M&E services and lifts. However does not include upgrading the existing toilets and shower facilities. The fee bid should be in accordance to the Consultancy Document accompanied with this letter.
