Inclusion Master Practitioner Inclusion Master Practitioner for Kate Coutts, Grade 7, HRRichard Wilson, Head of OCCEClaire Hughes, Director of HMCGDelivery by EA, through Distinctive Learning through Warwick UniversityIn a recent audit it was highlighted that MCA did not have a strategic understanding of diversity and inclusion and leaders lacked the knowledge to implement impactful changes to allow the MCA to be a diverse and inclusive employer. This training will give Kate, Richard and Claire the skills to be able to work in this area and have an operational impact on the Agency's diversity and the subsequent return on investment that an inclusive culture brings.Short term a greater understanding of strategic diversity and inclusion and how to build a successful strategy around this area. Long term allowing the MCA to have an inclusive culture which would positively impact staff engagement, productivity, brand, innovation and behaviours of employees.
