This procurement is for the provision of office, kitchenette and washroom cleaning services at the North of England Pathology and Screening Education Centre (NEPSEC) Located at: Unit 3 Wakefield Office Village Fryers Way Silkwood Park Wakefield West Yorkshire WF5 9TJ. The offices are approx. 3000ft2 over two floors, made up of: o Entrance Foyer o Washrooms o Office o Kitchenette o Seminar Room o Teaching Rooms o Meeting Room o Staircases o Corridors o Lift To arrange a site visit to assist preparation of a quotation, please contact Zoe Marshall Tel: 0113 246 6331 email: zoe.marshall@nhs.net Internal cleaning of office space 5 days per week. Average usage of main office by three permanent staff extending to irregular attendance of between 15 and 50 visitors using seminar and teaching rooms. Hours 09:30 - 11:00 The duration of the contract is initially two years, with the option of extending the contract for an additional year.
