Supported Living Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities
Notice Description
Wakefield Council wishes to purchase care and support services for approximately 47 adults with learning disabilities to help them live fulfilling and independent lives. There are 3 lots available. Alongside the deliver of care and support within this contract the Council intends to carry out a programme of transformation, working with the successful provider, service users and their families and representative and partner organization (including health partners) to deliver improved services and increased choice.
