Mini Competition SBS Framework Ref: SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256 Construction Consultancy Services 2 Lot 12 (Multi-Disciplinary team and Ancillary Services) For:- Project manager led Ancillary Services for the development and approval of an SOC and site Master Plan for a whole hospital redevelopment which takes into consideration wider health system. The Trust ambition includes an appointment which can deliver: * The best in healthcare design using international exemplars * An environment that supports the health and wellbeing of those that use it, maximising natural light and open spaces and supporting both the mental and physical health of our staff and patients. * A solution which is an integral part of the community, with full patient and community engagement in the design * Supports technological advancements, not just in medical care itself, but in the way we use the space and interact with it and each other * Works where possible with local trades and companies, to support local employment and develop a community sense of ownership of the build * Highly accessible via public transport and sustainable travel opportunities * Meets the needs of all protected groups including our increasing volume of frail patients * Maximises opportunities that an integrated care system offers to care delivery * Reduces our carbon footprint and is innovative sustainable healthcare design and operational delivery of healthcare
