Notice Description

The Department for International Trade (DIT) needs to monitor what users of its services are saying across the internet. This contract is for the provision of License access to Brandwatch Social Media Monitoring & Analytics Service / Enterprise. The contract includes, one (1) million mentions per calendar month with a access to historical data; a dedicated Account Manager, Additiona Analyst Service Hours (ten (10) hours per month); and onsite training of the tool. This contract is let through the G-Cloud 9 Framework Agreement under Service Line ID: 9426 0971 8129 715 'This contract award was not published at the time of award. It has been published for transparency purposes to provide a record of existing departmental contracts.'
