Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) Analysis of a UK-Mercosur Free Trade Agreement (FTA)

Notice Description

The requirement is for analysis to extend and build the evidence base on the impacts of a trade agreement between the UK and Mercosur, for use in policy development. CGE modelling techniques will be used to model a minimum of four scenarios against 2 baselines. There is an Optional Deliverable for non-tariff barrier modelling, which must be included in the suppliers methodology and the Pricing Schedule for evaluation, however the Authority reserves the right to not commission this deliverable. The contract shall be for a period of three (3) months. The full specification is provided with the tender and contract documents located in DIT's e-sourcing portal, Jaggaer. DIT is using e-tendering for this procurement which means this Invitation To Tender (ITT) and the forms for submitting a response are only available in electronic form which can be accessed via your web browser at: https://uktrade.app.jaggaer.com/.
