Notice Description

Brunel University London intends to procure a contract for the provision of architectural consultancy and design services in connection with the design and build of a new learning teaching centre ("LTC") on its University campus in Uxbridge. The LTC will be a new state of the art facility for learning and teaching which will be situated and create a new "Student Heart" at the centre of the Campus. The Services which will be required in the Appointment include: * architectural and related services; * lead consultant services; * principal designer services as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Please refer to the procurement documents for further more detailed information about this project, the services, the procurement process and the University's requirements. The expected value of the LTC project as a whole is PS50,500,000.00. The estimated value for this procurement is between PS1,000,000.00 and PS2,000,000.00 exclusive of VAT.
