Notice Description
Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to develop a comprehensive and deliverable masterplan for Grays Riverside to RIBA Stage 2+. Through the planning application the Council will secure funding allocated through the Town Deal (MHCLG) and will reconnect Grays town to the river Thames through this network of projects. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS NOW CLOSED.
