The play park is situated in the middle of a large roundabout within a new housing development in North West Carterton. Bids will be scored on the following criteria: a) Value for money - it is essential that all bids are within the agreed budget. b) Attention to the specification - it is essential that all applications meet the specification above which has been agreed by the Town Council with local residents. c) Safety - You must demonstrate that you have studied the area and have carefully considered all safety aspects of the park in terms of young children. d) All prices quoted should be exclusive of VAT.
