Translation Services from English into different languages and/or from different languages to English. Alternative formats for printed publications e.g. Braille, CD, Easy Read, audio, large print including USB versions of mailings and literature will also be required as specified by various Business Units within the Authority. Ancilliary Services will also be required during the duration of the Call-Off period. This is a Call-Off Contract under the Crown Commercial Service Language Services Framework Agreement (RM1092)
