Developing and launching Customer Service Standards and improving network occupancy capability
Notice Description
The headline objective is to deliver improvements in the practice of delivering the Network Management Duty which requires consistent and effective policy, processes, guidance and systems/data handling knowledge and positive challenge to ensure high standards of planning and real-time roadworks and network activity information. The task requires an evaluation of our present performance in this regard, delivery of changes and solutions and embedment across those teams tasked with these functions.
