The University of Southampton requires a reinstatement valuation for insurance purposes of the estate of buildings the University own or are responsible by lease to insure, in accordance with the RICS Guidance Note 2018 and industry best practice. The University will be utilizing the ESPO Estates Management Professional Services Framework (2700_22), Lot 1A.
