The Provision of Catering Services at UCL

Notice Description

UCL is procuring a new catering services contract for facilities at our main Bloomsbury Campus and nearby satellite estate including Institute of Education, School of Pharmacy and Institute of Child Health. Catering services currently include a combination of refectories; retail grab & go cafe/bars; hospitality services for both internal and external clients; vending services; and two catered Halls of Residences. All bidders are encouraged to access the tender documents from the UCL e-Procurement Portal at the earliest opportunity, and to attend the site visits on the 3 & 4 July 2019 to become acquainted with the site and catering requirements. Additional information: University College London (UCL) is not a public body within the meaning of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") and is not subject to the procurement legislation. Where UCL advertises contracts in the Official Journal of the European Union, it does so on a voluntary basis and does not undertake any obligation to comply with the procurement legislation. UCL reserves its rights in full to adapt or step outside the procedures in the procurement legislation as UCL considers necessary.
