Notice Description

Car Sharing has been operating in Westminster City Council since 2009. One of the main aims of Car Sharing Club is to provide a greener alternative to private vehicle ownership for both residents and business within the City with the effect of improving air quality, easing congestion and freeing up kerb space. It also gives visitors and alternative option to explore Westminster and beyond on top of other modes of transport. Westminster City Council currently hold various contracts with Car Sharing Club suppliers that operate various Car Sharing Club operating models however these will be coming to an end and as a result, the Council will be undertaking a procurement exercise. To help shape and determine the future operating models of the Car Sharing Club and how it's delivered in Westminster, we are inviting feedback from the industry on early procurement ideas to help shape our future specifications and scope of services and to gain a greater understanding of the Car Sharing market in general. As a result we are requesting that all interested suppliers complete the questionnaire and submit their response prior to the closing date specified.
