NOTE: This notice was updated on 26 March 2024 for the following reason: dates of contract were entered incorrectly, these have now been updated and should read Start date: June 2025 End date: February 2026(The Council is seeking expressions of interest in respect of the internal remodelling and refurbishment of Dovedale Sports Centre located at Vicarage Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 9BP. This process is subject to a geographical reservation under PPN 11/20 Reserving Below Threshold Contracts to the Essex region. Please do not apply if you are not located in the Essex Region) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
