Notice Description
Cumbria County Council has land available adjacent to Applethwaite Green Residential Care Home on which the authority wishes to redevelop through the creation of a pay & display car park. The successful contractor will undertake a design & build contract for a 29 vehicle pay & display car park including 2 disabled parking bays and 4 Electric Vehicle Charging point bays. Stage 1 Design awarded 15th August 2021. Stage 2 Build to be awarded following design approval
