Dear Supplier, We are excited to invite you to attend our early market engagement event on Thursday 21st March 2024 - 10:30 to 13:30. Over the next 3 years the NDA Javelin programme will seek to procure, and transition the NDA group to a more optimised set of ICT services. This NDA Javelin Programme is being executed in order to: * Improve Group interoperability. * Provide a platform for Group services. * Establish a set of modern, secure, high-performing, scalable ICT services for consumption by the NDA Group. * Underpin the services with flexible contracts that focus on supplier performance and continual service improvement, with the ability to scale to meet the Group's ICT requirements now and over the next [7] years. * The initiative will leverage the Group's purchasing power to deliver competitively priced services that increase the value for money provided to taxpayers. * Implement HMG policy on service disaggregation. This event is being held at the outset of the journey - and as such is an opportunity for you to: * Learn a little more about our current thinking. * Comment on, and influence our strategy (both technical and procurement) It is not a "launch" or formal procurement event, but you should leave the day with a high level appreciation of: * Outline bundles * Potential timelines We nonetheless believe it will be of value to many of you, and undoubtedly to us - as we solidify our strategy, approach and plans. The agenda (which is to follow) will include a number of short presentations from members of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority's management team, the Chief Information Officers of the NDA's Operating Companies, the Programme team and the Commercial Team. Following the presentations there will be a formal Q&A session followed by a more informal networking opportunity. Please note - we will not be covering, nor discussing professional services associated with the delivery of the programme - as such this event is best suited to Managed Service Providers in the SIAM, Service Desk? End User, Hosting, Application Management, Cloud and Network disciplines. The NDA Group will be holding the Project Javelin Supplier Engagement Day on the 21st March 2024 at the London Euston Hilton 17-18 Upper Woburn Place, London, WC1H 0HT (Attendance on a first RSVP basis). The session will commence at 10:30 and is due to finish around 13:30 We will send out further registration and login details to those who subscribe - along with a questionnaire that will be send to you to gain further insights and feedback on key issues that are raised during the day.
