Five South West Local Authorities are setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which will be used to commission support for young people primarily aged between 16-18 for whom the Local Authority has a statutory duty. The tender process is to appoint suppliers to be part of the DPS from which the Councils will commission support. This tender opportunity is split into four lots that include arranging/providing placements of young people in leaving care/independent living settings and the provision of floating support to enable young people to live independently in their own accommodation, Ofsted/CQC registration will be essential for one lot.
