Notice Description

The Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP via the Devon CCG) has awarded a provider the contract to explore how the 'system' in Devon can better understand and support people who have experienced sexual violence and abuse. The aim is to provide a clear direction to develop a more coherent, person led, consistent model of support of support. This work will jointly produce a Theory of Change built on a broad and deep understanding of people's experience in their own words and context. The Theory of Change will be a key product of this commission. It will be supported by quantitative and qualitative data on scale, nature, experience of services and evidence of alternative possibilities. With the aim to achieve: - * Better health outcomes for victims and survivors * Greater value for money; and * A reduction in: o emergency department attendances o GP visits o Recidivism of survivors as offenders (both non-sexual and sexual offending). Additional information: The contract value of this procurement is under the threshold that is subject to the full regime of current EU procurement legislation and governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Therefore, the rules of this Regime do not apply.
