The procurement process involves the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) seeking to appoint between 5 and 10 contractors for the "South South West Demolition Framework". This contract, valued at up to £4 million, focuses on various demolition and earthmoving works within the South West region of the United Kingdom, covering postcodes such as TR, PL, TQ, and EX. The procurement is currently at the Award stage, with the contract period set to commence from 5th July 2016 and continuing until 4th July 2020. All involved parties must comply with English law, and tenders must be submitted in GBP. The awarded contractors must also be licensed for asbestos work if applicable.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses in the demolition and construction sector to expand their operations. Companies engaged in building demolition, site preparation, and asbestos removal will be particularly well-suited to compete for this framework agreement.
