Notice Description
Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the "Contracting Authority") wishes to commission a contractor to provide maintenance repairs to 1 1/2B thick masonry boundary wall between Colchester Cemetery, Mersea Road, Colchester, CO2 8RU and 11a 33 Queen Mary Avenue, Colchester, CO2 7PH. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
