Notice Description

This amendment relates to a 12 month extension to the G-Cloud 9 Call-Off Contract for the licence fee renewal. The financial limit of the contract is increasing by PS92,000. A typographic error appeared in the original contract. The contract value was stated as PS372,765 but should have been PS372,675. The amended contract value including the increase of PS92,000 is therefore PS464,675. The amendment also includes a change in milestones from 6 to 7 milestones and is reflected in the financial proformas.
