The services were tendered as two lots This contract notice is for Lot 1: Provision of Revenues and Benefits Services, includes Housing Benefit Services, Council Tax Services, National Domestic (NNDR) Services and Business Improvement Levy Services. The contract is for 7 years with an option to extend for up to 3 years at the sole descretion of the Authority. The maximum contract period will be 10 years.
