Award of Stage 1 pre-construction services (PCSA) contract to Engie Regeneration Limited. The PCSA is to develop and undertake the scheme to the requisite RIBA 4 stage level including all associated surveys, investigations and cost development for the procurement of the sub-contract packages for the Build contract for delivery of the main scheme of 33 new affordable homes at Heathcote Court and Glade Court.
