P4104029 Provision of Legal Advisers for Rail Transformation
Notice Description
Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for Rail Transformation. The call-off contract shall commence on the 8th August 2022 and the expiry date will be 7th November 2022 for a period of three months. This is for a time-limited piece of work so the work is expected to conclude within this contracted period. The total contract value will be up to PS40,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6183 Trade Law Panel and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. - The contract term has been extended and the new contract expiry date is the 28th February 2023. - This extension has been permitted to allow for all outstanding invoices to be processed for payment.
